- Chair:
Abbie Rumbold, Partner, Bates, Wells and Braithwaite
- Abbie Rumbold is a partner at solicitors Bates, Wells and Braithwaite. She advises charity and social enterprise clients on wide range of commercial matters. She lectures regularly on charity law, fundraising, intellectual property and social enterprise and writes a regular column for Social Enterprise magazine.

Alison Merifield, PR consultant
- Ali has spent ten years in public relations, specialising in high-tech and consulting companies. She has worked in agencies in the US and UK, but has also spent time working and volunteering in New Zealand, Tanzania, Costa Rica and Namibia. Ali supports MissionFish's PR and marketing efforts, and overall communications plans.

Doug Gledhill, CPA, COO and CFO, Points of Light Institute
- As COO and CFO, Doug leads the program and business support teams of Points of Light Institute. Previously, Doug has served as the Corporate Controller for AARP (a 35 million person association) and was the CFO and Senior Vice President for a segment of Raytheon/General Motors Hughes Aircraft Company. Doug is an avid cyclist and sailor as time permits.

Emma Sambrook, National Director of Fundraising and Development at Calvert Trust
- Emma Sambrook joined the third sector as a fundraiser at the National Asthma Campaign. She has also worked for Whizz-Kidz, New Philanthropy Capital and KidsOut where she was Chief Executive. She is currently National Director of Fundraising and Development at Calvert Trust, a charity that provides adventure breaks for people with disabilities. She has also co-authored a book on fundraising law and gives training on the subject for the DSC.

Llewellyn Thomas, Management & Technology Consultant, BearingPoint
- Llewellyn Thomas currently is the Content Strategy Lead at BearingPoint UK, where he specialises in competitive and operational strategy focused on the management of information. He was previously Product Strategy Director EMEA at Hummingbird, a global software vendor, and is a Board Member of the Association for Image and Information Management International. Llewellyn has an MBA in finance & strategy, and Honours Degrees in Arts and Law.

Mike Kelly - Director, Corporate Social Responsibility, KPMG Europe
- Mike is Head of KPMG Europe’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function, where he leads KPMG’s programmes managing the firm’s own CSR performance. Additionally he leads the UK’s contribution in developing a CSR programme for KPMG across Europe, Middle East and Africa – currently a collaboration of some 25 member practices.

Sean Milliken, Executive Director, MissionFish (US)
- Sean founded MissionFish in the U.S. in1999 after working as Associate Vice President of Marketing & Development for Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. It was during his time with Boys & Girls Clubs that Sean saw first-hand the endless availability of donated goods and services and the ability of auctions to turn previously unusable resources into unrestricted funding.
