Nick Aldridge
CEO - Nick heads up MissionFish. He joined MissionFish from acevo, where as director of strategy he led acevo’s policy and professional development teams for three years. He undertook a secondment to the Cabinet Office in 2006, working on an action plan for public service reform.
- Nick is chairman of the Empty Homes Agency, a campaigning charity, and a trustee of Global Giving (UK). He writes for Social Enterprise Magazine, and is a regular conference speaker and contributor to the media. His publications include Communities in Control (SMF 2005), Mind the Gap (Big Lottery Fund 2006), and Leadership and the Future of Commissioning (Futurebuilders 2007).
- In his spare time, Nick plays jazz bass and flamenco guitar. He also regularly embarrasses himself on the squash court and football pitch.

Ria Fleming
Marketing and Care Manager - Ria manages MissionFish’s marketing and customer care. Prior to working at MissionFish, Ria worked for an IT company. She now enjoys speaking with charities, rather than talking computer jargon all day.
- In her spare time Ria enjoys swimming, roller blading and learning useless facts, such as she is the only person in the UK with her name. Ria has an MA (Hons) in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews.

Sara Orrick
Community Care Coordinator - Sara is based in our Washington DC office and is part of the Community Care team who help answer your queries.
- Her hobbies include traveling, attending sporting events and pretending she is a master chef!
- Sara earned her BA from the George Washington University in Washington, DC and her MA from Goldsmiths College in London.

Vicky Pitman
Accountant - Vicky handles our accounting. Her extensive financial experience includes auditing for a London-based firm of chartered accountants, financial reporting for a telecommunications company and complex data analysis for an insurance consultancy firm.
- Outside working hours, Vicky keeps fit by playing football with her two sons and running alongside the River Thames. She likes to relax by playing the piano.
- The members of our UK-dedicated team are supported by a larger MissionFish staff team in our Washington, D.C. office.
