Nick Aldridge
CEO - Nick heads up MissionFish’s staff team, helping the trustees to develop and implement the organisation’s strategy.
- Nick is also chair of Empty Homes
, a national charity working to bring more empty homes back into use, and is a trustee of GlobalGiving (UK) . He holds the Institute of Directors qualification in Company Directorship and a first class Philosophy degree from Cambridge. His essay on technology and philanthropy was published with the Government’s green paper on giving, and he publishes other thoughts on his blog . - He joined MissionFish from ACEVO , where as director of strategy he led its policy and professional development teams for three years. He also worked for a year at the Cabinet Office public service reform. Nick is married with two children and lives in London. In his spare time, Nick plays jazz and flamenco guitar. He also regularly embarrasses himself on the badminton court.

Ria Fleming
Head of Campaigns - Ria oversees MissionFish’s marketing strategy and works with charities to develop and support how they use eBay for Charity.
- Keen on supporting local causes, Ria volunteers as Membership Secretary for the American Friends of Strawberry Hill, who support the restoration and promotion of Strawberry Hill House .
- In her spare time Ria is attempting to become green fingered, and is learning from her husband how to grow vegetables in their small London garden. She also likes sport – mainly watching, but is occasionally known to go for a jog with her running group.

Sara Orrick
Community Care Coordinator - Sara is based in our Washington DC office and is part of the Community Care team who help answer your queries.
- Her hobbies include traveling, attending sporting events and pretending she is a master chef!
- Sara earned her BA from the George Washington University in Washington, DC and her MA from Goldsmiths College in London.

Anya Milligan
Accountant - Anya handles our accounting, overseeing our financial operations and preparing our accounts. She is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants , and has worked in a wide range of organisations in the private and voluntary sectors.
- Outside working hours, Anya spends her spare time cooking meals, tidying up after her offspring and husband, and running a taxi service for her children. She works out in the gym, enjoys playing tennis when the weather allows, and hopes to attempt a half marathon.
- The members of our UK-dedicated team are supported by a larger MissionFish staff team in our Washington, D.C. office .
