  • Compalints ProcedureWe work constantly to improve our processes, and take complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about our services please contact us through the “Send us an email” form, marking your email for the attention of Ria Fleming, Marketing and Care Manager at MissionFish UK.

    We will try to resolve the issue you raise within 5 working days. If we are not able to do this we will contact you to explain why.

    If at any stage you are unhappy with the approach we have taken, you may write to Nick Aldridge, CEO of MissionFish UK, at Hotham House, Heron Square, Richmond, Surrey TW9 1EJ.
  • We are a member of the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB)and undertake to uphold the FRSB’s standards. If your complaint relates to fundraising, and you are unsatisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the FRSB.
