Edit Your Charity Profile
- You can make changes to your charity profile on MissionFish from your MissionFish account at any time. Click the "Edit My Profile" page, then the field you want to update. Make your changes and click "update." Please note that changes to your profile will be reviewed by MissionFish.

Manage Direct Sellers
- If you are a charity seller, it's very important for you to add your eBay ID as a Direct Seller. If you don't, we won't know that you're a charity seller and MissionFish will try to collect donations from you.
- To add an eBay seller ID as a Direct Seller you must know the eBay user ID and password for the seller account.
- To add a Direct Seller sign in to your MissionFish account and do the following:
- 1. Click on the "Manage Direct Sellers" link, found in the “Edit My Profile” section
- 2. Complete the information in “Adding a Direct Seller to your account” and click “Go”
- 3. You'll be taken to an eBay sign-in page. Enter your eBay seller ID and password
- 4. You'll be returned to a MissionFish to confirm that your Direct Seller has been added

Updating your bank account information
- To update the bank account where we deliver your organisation's donations:
- 1. Sign in to your MissionFish charity account and the select "Edit My Profile" page
- 2. Print out this page and sign it
- 3. Fax this signed profile page, together with a voided cheque from your new bank account to
0208 181 7670 - 4. We'll update your account within one business day. You will be able to see the update in your charity account

Updating your logo
- Update your logo at anytime from Edit My Profile page:
- 1. Scroll down to the "Upload Your Logo" field and upload a new logo
- 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Update" button
- Please make sure your logo is in .jpg or .gif format and under 50Kb in size. If it is not, our system won’t be able to accept it.

Updating your mission statement
- On the Edit My Profile page you can update or correct any information in your organisation's mission statement. Simply type the new mission statement in the text box provided and click the update button.

My e-mail preferences
- The “My e-mail preferences” page allows you to change:
- 1. The email address on file
- 2. The preferences on how (or if) your notified when a new item is listed in support of you
- 3. Your opt-in status to receive the latest news and tips from MissionFish
- There are three ways you can choose to be notified when a Community Seller lists an item in support of you:

Never notify me You will not be notified for any new listings posted on your behalf. Notify me about new listings You'll be notified by e-mail when someone lists an item for you (except if they are on the "no-notification" list described below). You will not be notified if they revise or add to that listing Notify me about new listings and listing changes You'll be notified by e-mail when someone lists an item for you (except if they are on the "no-notification" list, described below). In addition, you will be notified if they revise or add to that listing.. - If you prefer to monitor listings that benefit your organisation, we encourage you to review each listing as soon as we notify you about it. eBay for Charity listings can be live for as short as 12 hours. Quick action on your part will be important if you choose to police your listings carefully.
- The “No-Notification” List
You can add trusted eBay Community Sellers to the My "No-Notification" and we will not send you an e-mail notification when they create or revise a listing to benefit your charity.
