  • My Summary

  • On the My Summary page of your MissionFish Account, you can:
  • See important announcements from MissionFish
  • Manage your listings
  • Keep track of funds you have raised
  • Add or remove Direct Sellers
  • Edit your profile
  • My Listings

  • On the My Listings page of your MissionFish account you can view all live eBay for Charity listings that benefit your charity.
  • My Funds Raised

  • The My Funds Raised report gives you the latest assessment of how much money you have raised through MissionFish and the eBay for Charity programme. This report totals all individual donations made to your charity since you registered with MissionFish.
  • My Sellers

  • The My Sellers page includes both Community Sellers and Direct Sellers and is a report of all eBay sellers who have posted at least one listing to benefit your organisation. Sellers appear in this report whether or not their listings sell.
  • Below is a guide to the fields in My Sellers.
  • Seller user ID
    The seller's eBay User ID, which also appears on the eBay listing and in your My Funds Raised report.
  • Seller Indicators
    These icons tell you about what kind of seller they are. Note that they are always based on the seller's status in our systemat this moment.
  • Community Seller icon Community Seller
    Direct Seller icon Direct Seller. If you remove a seller from your Direct Sellers list, Direct Seller icon will change to a Community Seller icon
    New Seller icon New Seller. Someone who has posted their first listing for your organization in the last 30 days. After 30 days, the New Seller iconwill disappear.
  • Name
    The seller's actual name as it appears on their eBay account (Since sellers are not required by eBay to use their actual names, you may see aliases here). This field will be blank if chose not to share their contact details with charities
  • Email
    The seller's current e-mail address. This field will be blank if they do not wish to share their contact details with charities.
  • Postcode
    The seller's current postcode. This field will be blank if they do not wish to share their contact details with charities. It may also be blank for Direct Sellers who do not have mailing address details in their MissionFish profile.
  • Place your cursor over the postcode to see the seller's full mailing address:

  • Listings
    The total number of listings the seller has posted to benefit your organisation. This includes sold and unsold listings.
  • Place your cursor on any “Listings” value to see:
  • Open:
    2
    These listings are live on eBay now.
    Sold:
    15
    These listings successfully found a buyer.
    Unsold:
    5
    These listings did not find a buyer.
  • Donations
    The total number of donations a seller has made to your organisation. The seller makes one donation to you per eBay sale where you are the benefiting charity.
  • Amount Donated
    The total amount that the seller has donated to your organisation to date through eBay for Charity.
  • Place your cursor on any “Amount Donated” value to see:
  • Delivered to you:
    £1,000.00
    We have delivered this amount to your organisation.
    Delivery pending:
    £15.62
    We will deliver this amount to your organisation within the next two months.
    Due from seller:
    £43.57
    The seller owes this amount in new donations.
  • Last Active
    The most recent date this seller posted a listing on eBay to benefit your organisation.
  • If you Export to Excel from My Sellers, all of your sellers will be exported into a single Excel file. All the above information will be included.
  • Cancel a Community Seller’s listing

  • To cancel a listing:
    1. Sign in to your MissionFish charity account
    2. Click on the "My Open Items" link
    3. Click the "Cancel" button to the right of the item you want to cancel.
    4. On the following page, choose your reason for cancelling the item, and click "Continue"
  • Please note that your name and e-mail address will be shared with both eBay and the seller, along with the reason for the cancellation. Your request will be sent to eBay customer service immediately. When the item has been cancelled, you will receive an email from eBay.
