  • My Summary

  • On the My Summary page of your MissionFish Account, you can:
  • See important announcements from MissionFish
  • Manage your listings
  • Keep track of funds you have raised
  • Add or remove Direct Sellers
  • Edit your profile
  • My Listings

  • On the My Listings page of your MissionFish account you can view all live eBay for Charity listings that benefit your charity.
  • My Funds Raised

  • The My Funds Raised report gives you the latest assessment of how much money you have raised through MissionFish and the eBay for Charity programme. This report totals all individual donations made to your charity since you registered with MissionFish.
  • My Funds Raised includes the following reports:
    1. Funds Raised Summary
    2. Direct Sellers
    3. Community Sellers
    4. Donate Now
  • Funds Raised Summary
    Shows the total amounts you have raised through all eBay for Charity products, and the total Gift Aid claimed.
  • Direct Selling
    Shows the funds raised from charity’s Direct Sellers’ listings. Listings will appear here as soon as they sell on eBay.
  • Community Selling
    Shows the donations you have received from eBay Community Sellers’ listings.  Donations will appear here once they have been paid to MissionFish. Donations that were refunded, or that have not been made yet, will not appear here.
  • Donate Now
    Shows the donations you have received from the Donate Now feature on your About My Charity page.  Donations will appear here once they have been paid to MissionFish.
  • My Sellers and Donors

  • This page displays information on anyone who has created at one charity listing or made at least one Donate Now donation to benefit your organisation. My Sellers and Donors includes reports on:
    1. All Sellers and Donors
    2. Direct Sellers
    3. Community Sellers
    4. New sellers
    5. Donate Now Donors
  • All Sellers and Donors
    Shows all sellers and donors who have created a charity listing to benefit your organisation, or donated to you via the Donate Now function
  • Direct Sellers
    Shows all the activity by Direct Sellers that are linked in your account. ‘Amount donated’ on this view is the total value of all listings sold by the Direct Seller
  • Community Sellers
    Shows all the Community Sellers who have listed a charity item to benefit your organisation
  • New Sellers
    Shows all sellers who have created their first listing to benefit your organisation in the last 30 days. Community and Direct Sellers are shown in this view
  • Donate Now Donors
    Shows all the individuals who have donated a one-off cash donation via PayPal
  • The following fields appear in the My Sellers and Donors section
  • Seller user ID
    The seller's eBay User ID, which also appears on the eBay listing and in your My Funds Raised report.
  • Please note, we do not provide the eBay Seller ID of Donate Now Donors
  • Seller Indicators
    These icons tell you about what kind of seller/donor the individual is. Note that they are always based on the user’s status in our system at this moment.
  • Community Seller icon Community Seller
    Direct Seller icon Direct Seller. If you remove a seller from your Direct Sellers list, Direct Seller icon will change to a Community Seller icon
    New Seller icon New Seller. Someone who has posted their first listing for your organization in the last 30 days. After 30 days, the New Seller iconwill disappear.
    Donate Now Seller icon Donate Now Donor. Someone who has donated a one-off cash donation via PayPal.
  • Name
    The donor’s actual name as it appears on their eBay account (Since eBay sellers are not required to use their actual names, you may see aliases here). This field will be blank if the donor chose not to share their contact details with charities.
  • Email
    The donor’s current e-mail address. This field will be blank if they do not wish to share their contact details with charities.
  • Postcode
    The seller's current postcode. This field will be blank if they do not wish to share their contact details with charities. It may also be blank for Direct Sellers who do not have mailing address details in their MissionFish profile.
  • Place your cursor over the postcode to see the seller's full mailing address:

  • Listings
    The total number of listings Community or Direct Seller has posted to benefit your organisation. This includes sold and unsold listings.
  • Place your cursor on any “Listings” value to see:
  • Open:
    2
    These listings are live on eBay now.
    Sold:
    15
    These listings successfully found a buyer.
    Unsold:
    5
    These listings did not find a buyer.
  • Donations
    The total number of donations an individual has made to your organisation.
  • Amount Donated
    The total amount that the donor has given to your organisation to date through eBay for Charity.
  • Place your cursor on any “Amount Donated” value to see:
  • Delivered to you:
    £1,000.00
    We have delivered this amount to your organisation.
    Delivery pending:
    £15.62
    We will deliver this amount to your organisation within the next two months.
    Due from seller:
    £43.57
    The seller owes this amount in new donations.
  • Last Active
    The most recent date Community or Direct Seller has posted a listing on eBay to benefit your organisation.
  • If you Export to Excel from My Sellers and Donors, all of the available donor details will be exported into a single Excel file.
  • Cancel a Community Seller’s listing

  • To cancel a listing:
    1. Sign in to your MissionFish charity account
    2. Click on the "My Open Items" link
    3. Click the "Cancel" button to the right of the item you want to cancel.
    4. On the following page, choose your reason for cancelling the item, and click "Continue"
  • Please note that your name and e-mail address will be shared with both eBay and the seller, along with the reason for the cancellation. Your request will be sent to eBay customer service immediately. When the item has been cancelled, you will receive an email from eBay.
