Donation collections policy
- By listing an eBay for Charity item, a seller is agreeing to donate the specified amount if their item sells successfully. Failing to pay a promised donation to MissionFish is a form of fraud. We will protect our participating charities by taking action against anyone who commits fraud.
- If a seller fails to pay a promised donation to MissionFish:
- We will prevent them from listing more eBay for Charity items.
- We will notify eBay about the violation 30 days after the donation was due.
- eBay will suspend the seller's eBay account and/or take other action they deem appropriate.
