  • Ethical standards for listings

  • The purpose of MissionFish is to help support organisations that improve the world and society. Therefore, Community Sellers and Charity Direct Sellers may not list items through MissionFish that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial intolerance or violations of the law, or items that promote organisations with such views. Community Sellers and Charity Direct Sellers also may not list obscene, defamatory or illegal items, and may not include false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or illegal statements in the description of items listed through MissionFish. Under this policy, MissionFish may also ask eBay to remove items when the item or description graphically portrays violence or victims of violence.
  • MissionFish will review listings that are brought to our attention by users, and will look at the entire listing to determine whether it falls within this rule. We retain the right to determine whether a specific listing or item meets these standards. We may also elect to modify these standards as necessary without prior notice.
