The MissionFish Guarantee
- MissionFish ensures that every eBay for Charity donation occurs as intended. Whether you're buying, selling or benefiting from an eBay for Charity listing, you can be confident that we're looking after you every step of the way.
- By keeping a close eye on the giving process, MissionFish ensures that:
- Every participating organisation's charitable status has been verified, and meets our community standards against violence and hate.
- Every buyer knows which organisation will benefit from a listing, and how much will be donated.
- Every seller makes the donation that they promised or a £1 minimum donation and Gift Aid is reclaimed when declared.
- Every donation reaches a charity as intended.
- MissionFish makes a deduction from each Community Seller donation processed to offset credit card charges, bank fees and other expenses. Our deduction is based on the size of the donation; the percentage gets smaller as the donation gets bigger. We never take more than 20% of any donation.
