Donate Now – Use MissionFish to receive one-off donations

- Every charity registered with MissionFish now has a ‘Donate Now’ tab on their About My Charity page. This feature allows anyone with a PayPal account to instantly make a one-off donation to your organisation, without buying or selling an item on eBay.
- The Donate Now functionality will automatically appear on your charity page on eBay. Find your charity page by searching for your organisation in the MissionFish directory. We will shortly be upgrading your MissionFish Charity account so you can keep track of all Donate Now donations you’ve received.
- MissionFish will collect and distribute the donations and Gift Aid (where applicable) to your organisation in the usual monthly payouts. As this new feature is easier for us to produce and manage we have our lowered our deduction to 3.75% of the original donation, making it one of the lowest online processing rates around.
- We hope this feature will enable charities of all sizes to attract more donations from people browsing on eBay. To take advantage of this new fundraising tool you may wish to promote it to your supporters.
